BFS Annual Meeting Registration Fees
All registration fees are inclusive of VAT. The Early Bird deadline for registration is 6 November 2009. Registrations received after this date will be subject to a late registration charge.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation letter and receipt. An administrative charge of £15 will be made on all cancellations received before or on 20 November 2009. The BFS cannot refund fees after this date for any reason, including ill health. Cancellations and refunds will be processed after the conference.

Accommodation
Delegates of the BFS Annual Meeting are entitled to preferential rates at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel. If you experience any problems booking your accommodation please contact the BFS secretariat.
