Monday 4 September 2006: Informal Course Meal An Informal Course Meal will be held in the Todd Dining Hall, Strathclyde University. Tickets: £14
Tuesday 5 September 2006: The Welcome Reception Glasgow's Lord provost will welcome you to the city at the official Welcome Reception. It will be held at the City Chambers, the headquarters of Glasgow City Council, which is over one hundred years old and Glasgow's finest example of 19th century architecture.
Wednesday 6 September 2006: Informal Social at the Arches Set in the heart of the city, The Arches has a spectacular Victorian interior consisting of fourteen brick-lined railway vaults. The evening will include a sparkling wine reception, food and a Ceilidh. This informal evening promises to be full of fun giving everyone a chance to relax and experience a real slice of the Glaswegian lifestyle. Tickets: £30
Thursday 6 September 2006: Conference Dinner The Tall Ship (1896) is one of only five Clyde built ships left afloat in the world and provides an authentic atmosphere of a 19th century tall ship. Enjoy a drinks reception on the harbour side before moving to the Tween Deck of the Glenlee for dinner and entertainment. Tickets: £45
